Cancellation/No Show Policy - Please Read
We are very busy with Grooming and Daycare therefore we have a cancellation policy in place,
please only book if you agree to the conditions of this policy.
Daycare Cancellations
Cancellation within 24 hours of booking - 50% will be charged (or Half Credit)
No Show - 100% of booking charged.
Grooming Bookings - We require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone or email.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE (however at our discretion we may add your deposite to a future booking).
No Show the full fee of the groom will be invoiced by email directly to you.
Deposits or NOT refundable if you do not attend your appointment without prior contact.
