Should your dog attack or bite any of our staff or clients dogs you will be asked to collect your dog immediately. No refund will be given in all cases.

Whats a Teddy Groom?
Most grooms are done with a blade attached to the clippers, the longest blade is a #3 (13mm) which makes for a fluffy cut. However, if you would like a longer cut a comb attachment is placed over the clipper, along with hand scissoring all over the coat. Therefore this takes some time, however your dog looks like a beautiful Teddy Bear.

Please note - If your dog bites or becomes extremely aggressive towards our groomer, we will cease the groom and you will be contacted immediately to collect your dog. The full price will still be charged upon your pick up.
Cancellations / No Shows
At our grooming salon, we understand that life can get busy and schedules can change. However, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible for any cancellations so that we can manage our schedule accordingly. Over 24hrs notice no charge, if we receive notice within 24-hour before your booking, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. For no shows, the full price of the service will be charged. We strive to be respectful of everyone's time as our salon can get quite busy. Additionally, pick-up is required within one hour of finishing (you will receive a text) or an additional fee of $35 will be added.
