We are happy to offer you a subscription based on the condition that your dog regularly attends My Dogs Daycare on the same days each month. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may change. If you find yourself frequently altering your bookings or are unsure of the days you need, we recommend sticking with our flexible package system.
However, if you believe that a subscription would be ideal for you and your furry friend, please take a moment to fill out the form below. Once completed, kindly return it to My Dogs Daycare, and we will handle the rest from there. We strive to provide the best experience for both you and your dog, and we look forward to continuing to cater to your pet care needs.

 

How it works
At the beginning of each month, we will take care of making all your daycare bookings for you and promptly charge the card on file for that month's daycare. Following the payment, you can expect to receive an invoice receipt and a detailed rundown of your bookings directly in your inbox for your records and peace of mind. This streamlined process ensures that your arrangements are in place without any hassle on your end allowing you to sit back and relax knowing that your bookings are taken care of smoothly and efficiently each month.

 

FAQ

 

What if I decided to change My Dogs Daycare monthly subscription?

Don't worry if you need to change the number of days on your subscription. We recognise that situations can vary. Whether you want to increase or decrease your subscription days, just send us an email a week before your renewal date the number and which days you need. We will quickly make the necessary adjustments for you.

 

What if My Dogs Daycare is closed for Christmas/public holidays?

We adhere to a fair policy where you will only be charged for the days we are open. If your scheduled day or days happen to fall on a public holiday or during the Christmas break, you will not incur any charges for those days.

 

What if I go on Holidays?

If you are planning to be away and you won't need daycare services, You can pause your services temporarily, kindly inform us at least one week before the beginning of the next month. This way, we can ensure that you are not charged for those days while you are away.

 

What if I just need one extra day sometimes?

We are pleased to accommodate your request for an extra day in your booking. Should you provide us with a week's notice, we can seamlessly add the additional day to your existing month's booking. Please note that an extra charge will apply for the additional day, calculated at the rate corresponding to your usual daily cost based on the frequency of your monthly subscription.

Can I still take advantage of the added daycare with a groom?

Yes, we can still charge just $35 for days your dog is in for a groom, and that subscription day will be refunded to your account or not charged for that day. You can easily book grooms online and request added daycare services. Making multiple bookings in advance ensures that your furry friend will receive the care they need and emerge looking beautiful each time. Rest assured, we can handle the payment on the day of the groom (and added daycare cost) for your convenience, eliminating any extra hassle for you.

 

Do I still get Free baths?

Yes, you are still entitled to your free baths. You can book these online and even request a blow-dry or any other additional services if needed. If you opt for any extras, we can handle the payment process for you to make things easier. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime a one week before your next subscription starts, we are here to assist you.

 

What if I don’t bring my dog on one of my days?

Please note that if your dog fails to attend without proper notice, the day will be forfeited as per our policy. We kindly ask that you provide the necessary notice prior to the start of your monthly subscription to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid any inconveniences. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

When can I start?

You can start the subscription package at any time that suits you. If you have existing credits in your account, we will initiate your subscription once all those credits have been utilised. A text notification will be sent to you once your subscription is activated. Whether you choose to start in the middle of a month, rest assured that you will only be charged for the days you have subscribed for that month. Payments will be processed at the time of making bookings. Moving forward, the month-to-month subscription will be automatically booked and charged on the 1st day of each subsequent month.

 

Example.

If you subscribe to three days a week and there is only 1 week left of that month.

We will make your bookings for the rest of that month.

If that is 3 days in total you will be charged $173.4

( 3 x $57.80 )

The next month will be for the full months subscription.
